Diary of My 1st Skin Peel (Peel 3000 Treatment)

Day One:
Apprehensive! I've read horror stories in the press that the pain I was going to voluntarily undertake was worse than giving birth. What was I doing? Nervously, I applied the product and waited for the "contractions" to begin. My face began to get warmer and warmer. But it seems I wasn't pregnant after all. The pain was just like the instructions said "A hot stinging sensation" and nothing more.

Day Two:
With renewed confidence and no fear I settled down and applied the product again. Still no pain.

Day Three:
My final day of applying the peeling product. Soon the fun would begin.

Day Four:
Things are really beginning to happen. Will my skin really look youthful when this treatment is done? Started to apply a thick white moisturiser, which has a soothing effect on my skin.

Day Five:
I'm beginning to get impatient for the skin to peel. I start a new job on Monday and bits of skin are still falling off (they turn up in the strangest place)

Day Six:
Light at the end of the tunnel. The skin on my cheeks looks clear and smooth and feels really soft. Hmmm! I think that I am going to be really happy.

Day Seven:
It's all over. My skin looks wonderful and clear. It feels really re-hydrated and supple. I'M IMPRESSED!

I am a 31 year old African American. When I was 25, I noticed two dark patches under my eyes. I first made an appointment to see my doctor, and he asked me if I was taking any medication or birth control pills. I told him that I had used birth control pills in the past, but was not on them at the time the marks occurred. He suggested that I see a dermatologist. Here is my story after using your peeling cream.

I tried your weakest treatment first, not knowing that this would only remove the first layer of skin. I returned the cream to you telling you that this cream is not recommended for black skin. (You have a copy of my letter in your files). After about a week I saw a change in color in the area that I used the cream on (the darks patches under my eyes), it seems to be lighter.

It was amazing, I couldn't believe my eyes! I have tried peeling creams and a chemical peel by a well known dermatologist, but the areas around my eyes only became darker. I even visited a plastic surgeon, who said that the marks were age spots and deep into my skin and that I would have to live with this for the rest of my life. He even suggested that I see a psychologist since I was so upset about what my skin was going through.

Normally I'd be hesitant to use any products like that as I always buy them and after using once, they sit on the shelf for months and I never use them again as they're either too greasy or pore clogging. Day 2: Thursday
Skin looked blotchy and beginning to feel tight. Put on second pot in evening, after two hours took it off and skin already beginning to peel around mouth.

Day 4: Saturday
Skin blotchy and very tight, not easy to talk. Started to apply Normalizer Cream.

Day 6: Monday
Just about 1/2 of face peeled. But still a long way to go. Normalizer Cream helped.

Day 7: Tuesday
Forehead and cheeks still dry and wrinkly. Where its peeled completely skin looking really good. Still peeling - more cream - temptation to pick!

Day 9: Thursday
Felt much better. Skin looks really good. Lines less obvious. Sun spots hardly there. Skin in really good condition!

To conclude:
